Donna is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist who qualified in 1995, holds a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from La Trobe University (Melbourne, Australia) along with the title of “Sports Physiotherapist” from the Australian Physiotherapy Association. In addition she has a Diploma in Acupuncture through Hong Kong University SPACE, over 19 years of experience in both Clinical Pilates and Swiss Ball stability training as well as having completed the Functional Movement Systems (FMS) course to identify dysfunctional movement patterns and asymmetries within the body.
Main Focus
Donna has a keen interest in muscle control, and uses Clinical Pilates, TRX functional and XLR8 agility training and strength and conditioning concepts, where appropriate, as adjunctive rehabilitation tools to aid patients and athletes in returning to their desired activities.

Donna’s most extensive sporting experience has been working with various Hong Kong National Rugby Teams (1996-2008), specifically providing physiotherapy for the HK Sevens Rugby Team (2002-2005) and being the head physiotherapist for Women’s Rugby (2006-2009). On a local level Donna was the team physiotherapist to USRC Tigers RFC (previously DeA) Premier Division rugby team between 2002-2016.
