Using running analysis software, our physiotherapists assess your running technique, looking at various parameters such as foot placement, cadence, vertical oscillation, step length, lumbo-pelvic control and overall alignment and posture. We combine this with a thorough musculoskeletal assessment to help identify any deficits in mobility, strength or loading, that may contribute to your symptoms and reduce your performance. Once we have identified any deficiencies, you will be given a tailored treatment plan that will help you overcome any injuries and help you meet your performance goals.
